Udinese director Fabrizio Larini has said that the club faces a tough fight to keep the midfield duo of Mauricio Isla and Kwadwo Asamoah from the prying eyes of Juventus.

Mauricio Isla and Kwadwo Asamoah have been sensational for Udinese this season. They have been largely responsible for their charge up the table, despite losing the likes of Alexis Sanchez in the summer.

JUVE RETIRE NUMBER 10

Juventus recently submitted a proposal to retire the number 10 won by legendary striker Alessandro del Piero, who is all set to leave the club in the next month.

By doing so, Alessandro del Pirlo will bring to an end an allegiance with Juventus that began back in 1993. He has been with Juventus during all these years after having faced a lot of disappointment and ecstasy with the club.

He was part of the Juventus team that played in the second division of Italian football for the first time in their history when the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic choose to leave the club.

WHY I HATE JUVENTUS

Juventus ensured that many in the footballing world would hate them when they were heavily involved in the match fixing scandal that rocked Italian football in 2006.

Juve cheated their way to successive Serie A titles.

They were punished but after a series of appeals they were in a position to return to the big time within just a couple of years; finishing third in Serie A in 2008 and runners up in 2009.

They returned to the Champions League just two years after being found guilty of buying two league titles.

BUFFON EYES EXIT

Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has said on more than one occasion he would like to remain with the Bianconeri yet he left the door open for a move away from Turin by stating his fate is in Juve’s hands.

Buffon is still considered as one of the world’s best goalkeepers however the Bianconeri are having a miserable season and are looking to rebuild in order to bring back success. The Old Lady might consider cashing in on Buffon to help raise more funds to buy additional players to fill the gaps various positions but particularly the full-backs, midfield and attack.
