When it comes to winning the Champions League, there are 3 teams which are the favorites of lifting the European title and these clubs are: Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich. All the other teams that are still fighting in this competition also have a chance of becoming the champions but there is a clear difference that exists when it comes to the amount of world class players and in the amount of money that each coach has spent in their respective teams.
According to the former coach of Juventus, Fabio Cappello states that Juventus can defeat Bayern Munich when both sides meet each in the Champions League on February of 2016.
“In the Champions League, Juve have a chance to do well against a really tough team. If they are playing well, without any injuries, then they can do it. Juve can cause Bayern Munich problems just like they did with Real Madrid last season.” Fabio Capello said.
Juventus and Bayern Munich were pitted against each other in the last 16 of the Champions League and their first leg will be played on February 23rd of 2016 and even though the German club is the favorites of not making into the next rounds, they are also the front runners on winning the entire competition but Capello is certain that if the team of Massimiliano Allegri go into this match without and injuries and manage to perform well, the Italian side can indeed come out on top with the victory.
Massimiliano Allegri is aiming to defend his Serie A title with Juventus but the Champions League is another priority for Allegri who wants to mark his name in the history books of the Italian club by securing the piece of silverware that they haven’t lifted since the season of 1995-96.
